We look at what you're experiencing physically, emotionally, energetically, and seasonally—while also considering the rhythms and patterns of your everyday life.

I listen to what you're telling me.

And I listen for what your body may be communicating underneath it.

From there, we explore herbs and botanical preparations that may become supportive allies for where you are now.
